President’s Message

Dear ILSSAMT Members,

The ILSSAMT CE and Business Meeting on April 26th was a tremendous success! The day started with a warm networking breakfast, followed by three interactive sessions and a delicious lunch. The afternoon sessions were both educational and informative, and we added some excitement with raffle prizes. Participants received certificates for six CEs, and the subsequent business meeting covered all agenda items, including the voting on ILSSAMT Bylaws and delegate election to the Annual Meeting. We are excited to welcome Falguni Thakkar to our BOD, enhancing our team.

The event showcased our commitment to exceptional patient care and provided enriching CE sessions for our members. Dr. Zahiruddin Sharif's LinkedIn post captures the essence of our successful meeting, reflecting the dedication and excellence of our ILSSAMT team and the engaging discussions held.

Congratulations to the raffle basket winners, and sincere appreciation to all attendees, speakers, and sponsors such as Kevin Sloss (BCBS), and the venue coordinator, Kelli Marlin (Elgin Community College).
