Has your Certification Lapsed?

Here’s how to reactivate

Requirements

To reactivate your certification, you must meet the current eligibility criteria, which may differ from those at the time of your initial certification.

Reactivation is required if you:

  • Failed to document the required CCP points.
  • Missed the annual renewal fee by the end of your 3-year cycle.
Certified before January 1, 2006, but:
  • Did not pay the annual fee for three or more years.
Audited by CCP and could not demonstrate compliance with the program.

  • Pay the required fee (the application is valid for 6 months).

Step 2: Provide Proof of CCP Points

  • Submit documentation of the required CCP points when requested.
  • All activities must have been completed within the past three years.
