Danielle has worked with an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, serving mostly elderly patients. She thinks of every patient as if they were her own parent.
Certified for three years, Danielle’s colleagues say she “epitomizes quality patient care.” She loves both the one-on-one patient interaction and multitasking her career provides. Danielle is a lifelong learner and always dives into new tasks. She has been able to shadow doctors and learn about procedures, and is passionate about opportunities to get acquainted with new fields. Danielle attributes her success to her combination of clerical and clinical experience.
Danielle also knows that the simplest interaction can make the biggest impact, from helping patients move down the hallway to listening to their stories, and her caring demeanor assures patients she is there for them. Danielle said she enjoys the appreciation that patients express to her, and always goes the extra mile to make sure her patients feel special.
