First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Chattahoochee Valley Community College and its dedicated staff for organizing an extraordinary Spring Scientific Meeting. The speakers were truly exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate the success of our upcoming meeting.
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held from July 21 to 25, 2025, at the luxurious Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown, located at 600 Commonwealth Place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We eagerly anticipate your presence at this event, where we will have the opportunity to network and engage in meaningful discussions. Congratulations to all the award winners! Alabama proudly boasts three award winners, and they will be recognized this year.

September 13, 2025, The Fall Scientific/Business Meeting will be held at the Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel, located at 64 S Water St. Mobile, AL 36602. More information regarding the topics and speakers will be provided soon.
For our group, the room rates are $160 per night. If you’d like to stay at the hotel for the meeting, please email me so that I can make the reservations as soon as possible, but no later than August 4, 2025. Please note that you won’t need a credit card to book the rooms. However, I’ll provide the list of names to the hotel, and they’ll send me the confirmation numbers, which I’ll send back to you. You can then use these numbers to pay for the hotel when you arrive.
Please be cautious of scams and never respond to anyone asking for money or gift cards without first contacting that person. I will never ask you to send me anything.
Remember to update your email address and phone number on the AMT website to receive proper communications and emails regarding your state society. Mark AMT as a safe sender to ensure that your emails go into your inbox. Also, check your junk or spam folders to make sure that your emails aren’t being sent there.
