Dear NCSSAMT Members,

Warm greetings to our 5,405 members across North Carolina and beyond. It is an honor to serve such a dedicated community of allied health professionals who continue to demonstrate excellence, resilience, and commitment to patient care and our profession.

I am excited to highlight the upcoming AMT 2026 Annual Meeting, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency Columbus in Columbus, Ohio from July 21–24, 2026. This premier event offers outstanding educational sessions, networking opportunities, and professional development experiences. Registration is now open on the American Medical Technologists website—you won’t want to miss it!

The North Carolina State Society of American Medical Technologists, part of the Southern District, continues to remain active and engaged under the leadership of our Southern District Councillor, Anna Catron. The Spring NCSSAMT Board of Directors meeting was successfully held on April 24, 2026, reflecting our ongoing commitment to advancing our mission and supporting our members.

We are also pleased to announce that our Spring Education and Business Meeting will be held on May 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) via Zoom. Please be on the lookout for the meeting flyer and detailed schedule coming soon—we look forward to your participation.

Looking ahead, registration is now open for Magnolia Education Treasures, taking place September 25–26, 2026, at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile. This event promises an outstanding educational and networking experience, featuring valuable continuing education sessions, meaningful professional connections, and a welcoming environment for learning and collaboration.
