A Message from The President

Hello Wisconsin,

As we are in the middle of the Fall Season, I would like to give a little recap of what took place at the Great Lake District Conference in Sept. First, I have to say that Frankenmuth, MI, was a beautiful city. We had two beautiful days of Continuing Education Sessions, nice food, Silent Auction, and great networking amongst the seven states.

A couple of take aways: speaker Chip Madera’s topic Getting Better Every day he said that an “attitude is like peeing your pants, everybody can see it, but you are the only one that can feel it!” And speaker Amy O’Donnell whose topic was on Power of Persuasion: Tips and Tricks to Enhance Patient Communication.

Save the Date: 04/14/2026-4/15/2026 Spring 2026 Meeting at Kalahari Resort & Convention Center. Planning is on the way; ASCLS & AMT met for a venue walk through was on 10/18/25. And finally, recognition of Registered Medical Assistant Week Oct. 20, 2026
