District Councillor Message
Fall 2025
Recently, the council met in Chicago for their fall update with Interim Executive Councillor, Katrina Fryar. Several discussions took place in the 5 districts covered by the councilors.
We want to remind you of the following:
- 2026 annual meeting will be in Columbus, Ohio, Tuesday, July 21-25. Watch the AMT website or Pulse Magazine for more information.
- 2027 Annual Meeting maybe in the Caribbean so make sure you have your Passport up to date.
- Magnolia Educational Treasurers (MET) to be held in Mobile AL Sept 10-13, 2026.
- Annual Audits are no longer required. Please use the monies in the budget under each category as you budget.
- You need approval for any purchases over $200.00.
- The Treasurer’s jot form is no longer required. Your treasurer’s report should consist of the last Credit Card Statement and a memo of the past expense activities as well as future ones.
- Award nomination packets are due at midnight December 15, 2025, at 11:59 pm CST
- Please purchase giveaways for meetings through the AMT store.
- Presidents, attach all minutes, sign-in sheets and other reports to your Spring/Fall Meeting reports. These are two new reports under State Leader Resources.
- If you elected new officers, please complete the jot form to report to the AMT office
